Finishing up a book today. What a great feeling. This one will go in by next Tuesday or so--some polishing required. And then I have to write a speech.Scratch that. I've decided to loosely outline a speech. Because, ya know, I'm too anal for this world and normally I literally write them and read them straight off the page--with a lot of expression and enthusiasm, of course. But I've decided this time I'm going to wing it. I may have a nervous breakdown over it, but that's my plan.
I'll let you know if I survived the process after it's over.
Now, back to that final scene...
